The system
What permanent outdoor lighting is.
Permanent outdoor lighting is a strip of LED lights that lives on your house all year. We mount a low-profile aluminum track along the eave and set the lights inside it. The track is color-matched to your trim, so it is hard to spot by day.
At night it is a different house. You pick the color, the brightness and the schedule from your phone. Warm white on a Tuesday. Team colors on Friday. Red and green in December.
We install the Bosso system. We are a certified Bosso dealer based in Denton.
What is in the system
Four parts. One install.
The lights
Every light has a red, a green, a blue and a true white diode, so you get 16 million colors and a clean white. Each light puts out 72 lumens and is rated for about 50,000 hours.
The control box
It mounts in your garage, out of sight. It is waterproof and built from UL-rated components. One controller runs up to 8 zones.
The app
Free, with no subscription. Hundreds of built-in presets and unlimited custom looks, schedules, and control from anywhere your phone has service.

What is the difference between permanent lighting and Christmas lights?
Christmas lights go up and come down every year. Permanent lighting is installed once in a track on your eave and stays up. You change the color from an app instead of changing the lights.
Will it damage my roof or siding?
The track mounts along the eave and fascia area, not on the roof surface. Ask us at the quote visit how it will mount on your home. We look at your trim and eave before we quote.
Can I control it when I am not home?
Yes. As long as your phone has service, you can control the lights from anywhere. The control box needs a strong Wi-Fi signal where it is mounted.
What does the warranty cover?
Bosso backs the product with a 5-year warranty. Coverage details come with your quote. Ask us about workmanship coverage at the visit.
How long will the lights last?
The LEDs are rated for about 50,000 hours. At a few hours a night, that is decades.
