DIY or pro?
What about the kits at the big box store?
Some retail kits stick strips to the house with adhesive and clips. They cost less up front. They are not a pro-installed, color-matched aluminum track with a garage control box.
If you want the lowest cost, a kit may fit. If you want a clean eave line that lasts, ask an installer to show you the track in person.
